Our Treatment Focus
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and including you in how treatment will look like for your journey.
The insurance that I accept are United Health Care, Cigna, and Aetna. I do accept some EAP.
I am currently only accepting patients who are 18 and older.
Appointments are available by telehealth only.
My telehealth platform is a virtual office, that is confidential. It does not require a download. All is needed is a device that has internet connection, volume and camera.
I am only available during the week. I have some morning, afternoon and early evening.

Our Therapy
My Journey and Experience
My first experience in this field was with a call hotline for crisis and suicide. I quickly discovered that this field was going to be a part of my life forever. I have a specialty in Marriage and Family Counseling and this part of counseling is something that I am very excited about. Another unique aspect of my counselings is that I have certificates from Florida to provide Adoptions Related Counseling. Another certificate program that I completed was in trauma related counseling and do have experience with working with those who have experienced trauma in their lives. This includes any kind of emotions or situations related to adoption. My experience also has given me a wonderful foundation of knowledge to work closely with depression, anxiety and mood disorders. and addictions. I am familiar with 12 step programs for addictions and can use those to help support the counseling process. As part of my practice if you request these services I also provide christian based counseling for I accepted Jesus in my middle school years. I believe prayer is something that God has provided to help others receive encouragement and support during times that are difficult. I believe that I am here not too judge but to give support and direction and new tools to help others along their path that they are walking.

I am available for Free lance Writing and Speaking engagements. I currently have a list of my published writings available on Linkedin under experience. My writing is also featured on theprodigalpig.com.
Relationships
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
